  • Simplify data onboarding, recordkeeping, compliance activities, tax reporting, payment processing and trade management through our comprehensive retirement services.
  • Create a competitive advantage with access to time-saving, cost-effective retirement plan and fiduciary services.
  • Stay abreast of the continuous evolution and expansion of investment options, market volatility and changing legislation.
  • Reduce financial exposure associated with lag time and stay on top of critical, time-sensitive issues.

What you will be doing:

  • Leads high-profile engagements, assigns tasks and holds people accountable. Gains trust and respect of each client by establishing and maintaining effective relationships. Understands and anticipates changing client needs. Expands revenue from existing clients.
  • Develops new business opportunities by collaborating with sales resources, strategizing on "attack plans", participating in prospect meetings and broader industry events, preparing proposals, contributing thought leadership and building references.
  • Establishes, maintains and fully utilizes a team of qualified professionals by recruiting ahead of needs, motivating staff to reach full potential and actively tracking staff utilization.
    Stays abreast of market and industry trends and project credibility in chosen area of expertise.
  • Mentors, motivates and guides performance of others creating an effective team environment.
  • Sets appropriate standards of behavior and leads by example, addresses performance and behavioral issues in a timely and professional manner and recognizes, appreciates and leverages strengths of others to accomplish company objectives.

What you bring:

  • Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial institution operations, and risk management.

  • Negotiation skills regarding complex issues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and keep emotions under control during difficult situations.

  • Extensive knowledge of FIS Omni Product Suite and offerings
  • 10+ years of experience working with OmniPlus in a transaction processing, business analyst, technical analyst, QA, or Business Analyst role
  • 10+ years of leading a team of 20+ members processing Omni transactions, building procedures, onboarding new plans, testing new releases and rolling out new features
  • Willingness to travel at least 50%
